Why healthcare can't use public AI.
Under Article 13 of Federal Law No. 2 of 2019, health data generated in the UAE may not be stored or processed outside the country, except where the health authority allows it. Abu Dhabi's ADHICS standard and the DHA's health-data policy add their own controls. A public AI tool that processes notes abroad fails that test before anyone reads the contract.

Does patient data leave the UAE?
- No. In a UAE cloud deployment, Cynk and its model run in a UAE region for your organisation alone. On your own servers, the data stays in your environment. Patient records are not sent to a public AI service.
Does Cynk make clinical decisions?
- No. Cynk finds, summarises and drafts. Clinicians decide, and every answer shows its source so they can check it.
Does it work in Arabic?
- Yes. Staff can ask in Arabic or English, or mix the two, and get the answer in the language they asked.
