The Cynk platform
Cynk connects to your systems, reads what is in them, and answers questions with sources. This page sets out what it does and how it runs.
Four jobs, done inside your environment.

Connects
Connectors sign in with OAuth or credentials and pull files and metadata from storage, digital asset management, ad platforms and productivity tools. Sync runs as background jobs and keeps the index current.

Understands
Documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, images and video are processed into searchable text and metadata, so the assistant reads the content rather than listing file names.

Answers
The assistant plans each question, then uses tools: it can query your connected data, read document content, analyse metrics and search the public web. Answers come back as text, tables and charts, with sources.

Every query is scoped to the asking user's team. One team's data never appears in another team's answers.
